Shipping of virtual images is via email. Here there is no return policy, however, if images are incompatible with your system, every effort will be made to send different file types until a successful transfer of virtual products is accomplished.

Books cannot be returned for copyright reasons and the ease with which xerox copies can be made. We will be pleased to listen to any and all comments and reasons for returns, to make our products better.

Returns on custom patterns and glass panel work can only be provided at 50% of the original cost, and any custom glass panels will be refunded -- if not damaged, less shipping charges. We insure all panels during supping. If damage has occurred during our shipping a panel to you, then email us images and we will come to a mutually satisfactory arrangement.
